We stayed three days in the hotel and we were very pleased. The personnel is very helpful and at least the majority of the staff speaks very good english which isn't a foregone conclusion in Barcelona. Rooms are big enough and the location is good - not too noisy but not too far away from the downtown. The only minus is that I booked for a double room and got a twin room. I didn't mentioned about it, so I can't say what would be the outcome. If I ever get back to Barcelona, I would certainly check if there's rooms available in Century Park.

It is a disgrace to demand full pre-payment of parking services plus a guarantee for the access card. It can perhaps be accepted that a non-refundable prepayment is requested for the first night ...to ensure the showing up of the client; however it is unacceptable to refuse any refunding should the client decides to take an other kind of room after actually seing the premises . I would not recommend this hotel. ps: By the way what does the item "search" stand for ?

We like the hotel very much and enjoyed most the fabulous location - easy access to the metro and to the city! The breakfast was very fine and the rooms were big enough and very clean. At our next visit to Barcelona we will chose your hotel again.

Breakfast is good but can be improved widening the choice (e.g. introducing eggs&bacon, more jam and chocolate filling options). Rooms facing the street are a little bit too noisy.

Your email should include the following information: your name, HotelCenturypark.com reservation number and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when HotelCenturypark.com validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through HotelCenturypark.com on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
HotelCenturypark.com will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through HotelCenturypark.com is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
